Mr. Donya Jackson is the National Program Manager with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center (IPRCC) and Acting HSI intelligence Liaison. In this position, he is responsible for the oversight of HSI’s national digital piracy program and other IP programs at the IPRCC.
Prior to this assignment, from April 2016 through November 2019, Mr. Jackson served as a Federal Trade Investigator for the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), investigating fraudulent business practices.
Preceding his appointment, Mr. Jackson served in several critical investigator positions. As a Compliance Investigator for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Mr. Jackson was responsible for conducting investigations on USDA programs to substantiate alleged or suspected instances or patterns of noncompliance.
