Randall Zuinga has 3 degrees in Law, Software Engineer and Criminology, plus 3 master´s degrees in Quality, Operations and Human Resources. He also has a diplomate in Transparency and Accountability. He speaks fluently 6 languages.
He has been a police officer for more than 20 years working in several tasks (including of course IP crime), right now he is the chief of the Planning and Operations Department of OIJ Costa Rica and has under his command 13 special units like the SWAT Team, K9, Technology Information Development Unit, Interpol´s local office, Surveillance and Monitoring Unit, Crime Analysis Unit, Intelligence Unit, etc.
